Our consultation service starts in-store by giving your nearest showroom a call and booking in for a free one hour no-obligation in-store consultation. A designer will be able to talk through the project to hand including your ideas and requirements. Your designer will start a preliminary look at products and ranges while in-store to take the first steps in bringing your vision to life.
Once you’re happy, we ask for a £50 consultation charge to visit your home or property, bringing a selection of information on products you require, plus colour swatches, fabric & wallpaper books, paint samples, everything possible to bring your chosen scheme to life. Bringing large colour samples assists to ensure colours and textures look right in different lights within your home, so there are no surprises along the line once your scheme is fitted and installed. Once you’re happy and we’ve answered all your questions, we will then send out a detailed estimate of your chosen scheme within 48 hours, and follow up with a call to discuss the scheme and assist in developing the project further.
In addition, we refund the consultation charge once you decide to press ahead and order too.
Once you’ve placed your order with us, we can then get started in making up your scheme, and will keep you regularly updated on the progress of your order. Bespoke orders can take anywhere between 10 days to 8 weeks, though your designer will talk you through the lead times prior to ordering. We will arrange suitable delivery/installation dates in advance, and our delivery and fitting teams are to the highest standard.
We ensure goods being delivered are placed in the correct room and dressed with all packaging being taken away, as well as offering an uplift service for old furniture and beds. When fitting flooring we can provide an uplift and disposal service of old flooring, as well as a furniture moving service prior and post fitting, at a small additional cost. All curtains and blinds are professionally fitted and dressed as standard, ensuring your new home looks the best it possibly can.
