Show-homes
We provide a full showhome design and installation service for a growing number
of quality builders and developers who are determined to realise higher prices
and sell their houses faster than the national mass-market builders. We have proven
experience that using our in-house design team we can provide a comprehensive
design, supply and installation service, ensuring that everything works together
to create a stunning effect and is delivered in full and on time.
Our sole aim is to give you some powerful tools to sell your houses faster, and
for the most money!
Flooring
We are able to supply and fit all types of flooring and carpets.
This includes Amtico and Karndean designer vinyl floors, solid
wood, laminates, seagrass and all types and qualities of carpet
depending on the budget and the effect you want to create.
Our own teams of fitters work to an extremely high standard
and include the “UK Fitter of the Year”.

Carpet
Packages
We supply and fit carpet packages for your clients in a range
of qualities and colours at very competitive prices. This
allows you to either sell them on as a service to your clients,
or to build them in to the price of the property as a sales
incentive to increase your sales levels. We use the same installation
teams as we do on our normal domestic business, so you get
the same high standard and attention to detail that will set
you apart from your competitors.
Furniture
We source our furniture from all over the world, but the overriding
themes are style, quality and value. Using our knowledge of
the market built up over 125 years we can ensure that we find
the right look for each individual property, whether a traditional
property that has been re-developed, a city centre loft apartment,
or a new family home. Our furniture is not bought from Ikea,
and neither is it scaled down to make the rooms look bigger
– this means that it can be used in real life. Because
we offer a full-house deal we make our showhome furniture affordable
to allow you to sell it on with the showhome as a complete package.
We have never yet failed to see this happen! Soft
Furnishings
We will measure each house and produce a design scheme for
you using mood boards. These encapsulate the fabrics, furniture,
flooring, lighting and paint and wallpaper for each room.
We supply and fit all types of curtains and blinds, which
are again all fully working rather than for show only.
Lighting, paint and wallpaper
We can specify and supply all of your lighting requirements,
and can specify and supply wallpaper and paint, though we
ask you to utilise your own tradesmen to install the lighting
and decorate the house. These items can be supplied prior
to the main installation to allow tem to be completed prior
to the arrival of our teams.
Pictures, mirrors and accessories
We supply and install all of your pictures, mirrors and accessories
that will coordinate with the scheme and really make the house
into a home.
